Dynamis has big money investors backing them and they can now put that money to good use through FSNR. Add Johnston to the mix and you've got some serious fire power behind them!



Again I concur.

Dynamis Energy bought 5,000,000 FSNR shares so that Freestone could purchase and wholly own the CTR complex. Gerald Johnston, retired CFO of Tysons Foods bought all 12,141,667 FSNR shares with his own cash to become Freestones largest shareholder.

However, when searching for other FSNR/Dynamis JV financing, a little internet search of Dynamis shows a 'funding' relationship with Potomac Energy Fund (note 'Fund'). Dynamis is part of their portfolio fund, listed at the top, along with 10 other companies.
