Been hearing that for a decade now. It is never today. It is always tomorrow. At best ERHC will have one last chance to deliver and that will be on a single well in a virgin basin where the odds are overwhelmingly against us. Nobody will ever answer the question of what happens to ERHC if this is a dry hole with no oil shows. Everyone knows the answer. Some will admit the obvious others won't.
