The $1.2 Billion was a Loan Commitment Not a Guarantee! This was already confirmed and verified by Graecrest-energy-solutions-llc

When the financing is AGREED Upon, an 8K will be filed. You don't have a material change until terms have been agreed on.

At that time it will be required to file an 8k and Not until then.


What you should do my friend is just sit tight and watch until we are done loading and the price is higher, then maybe you should do something!!!!!! ;)
