"As part of the new Climate Action Plan, the federal government will spend over $100 million dollars to support the growth and development of solar power in the U.S. About half of that will go to universities and other organizations dedicated to finding ways to reduce the cost of solar energy. The other half will go to the development of new solar photovoltaic technologies."

... Oooo wait UCSB.... That's. University right. Hummmm ;)
