With the share structure this isn't going above a nickel, let alone a couple pennies. That's fine, that is still a HUGE gain and selling millions of shares you bought at these levels for over a penny for a hefty profit isn't that difficult (assuming the company actively communicates the progress of the merger). I've done it. If this R/M is to go through have no doubt there will be a reverse split to consolidate it and actually have a reasonable share structure. For those who bought in the plus penny range, well that probably will result in losses IMO. Those who bought at these levels will have a good oppurtunity to sell shares in the penny plus range with lots of shares tucked away in case the eventual R/S does actually succeed in a new respectable company.
