I can understand how you feel the data may not be a true
Reflection on Worlds specific industry but it is only a guide
After all data is like that you can always manipulate it to make
A favourable case to suit your needs most times
That being
Said I guess the question to you and others is do you think our specific
Industry related IPR data would improve or diminish our odds of winning
Against Bungie
I ask because I have no way of finding out for myself and
I'm interested in what other posters feel
I know software patents have been under fire
But I still like what the USPTO is telling me in the data I found
