And certainly NOT the United States!
The JDA/JMC has rejected the complaint as without merit. It's over already. Someone in the DOJ must own a lot of XOM or CVX stock, that's all.
ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
