I noticed it too. I thought that somebody wants the pps at this level on purpose. But then again, I've thought that ever since it went to the 3's...

I have a feeling that this IS being done on purpose.

Baltia is this close to getting its air carrier certification and it's at its lowest price (generally speaking).

I know we have to wait, I just wish we could "wait" faster.
