NH will not rest until all 995M shares are outstanding if he contemplates a R/S. There is also a better chance that he may put the LPC Good Deal III in place, gorge Elite with shares, than do a 20-50 for one R/S. I know he has hinted or led investors to believe that he would do an R/S only from a position of financial strengthen. The million dollar question is if .20 cents is strong enough for him and it appears he has not problem with it; hasn't done anything more to help.
