flyers, I am expecting the revenues for Q3 come in a little higher - somewhere between 5.5 and 6 million range, as I mentioned earlier. There are few items I believe you are missing.
So, I'm expecting MARA to beat Q3 revenue estimates.

As far as what the quarterly loss is going to be like? Well, you are conveniently omitting this in your article, just like the company does, but this is very important in this space. Case delays will keep draining the cash, and while you are seeing what these delays do to ACTG, effect to MARA will be a lot worse.

I gave my rough estimates of losses earlier, and there is a chance they could beat that too, but if the losses come in bigger, there is just no reason to continue to believe Croxall and Co.

Uniloc proxy should be available within a week, I believe. I wonder if they pushed the earnings release to Monday, because of that. I guess we'll find out.
