8K & VHUB Comment (from ex-accounting dude)

From a business point of view, the interest should really be based on an "inventory turn" (buying prdts then selling all of them), rather than time. Notice that no APR% are given, because it's primarily a short term loan, usually for buying inventory or sales for inventory for that "turn."

Inventory (or short term) loans ALWAYS cost more because it means there's no available money to pay for inventory. MANY penny stocks have these loans all the time - you'll only see the actual loan numbers when/if they break down the "Interest Expense" in the Operating Costs.

I greatly appreciate VHUB showing us these loan terms!

Personally, I believe the 8-K is positive because:
* A bank is loaning a young company with little, established history (banks still have tight credit requirements).
* They're upfront and honest about interest expenses for each loan (not just burying the interest on the income statement).
* They're not diluting shares at these current prices! Remember, the previous "loaner" converted the remaining balance for shares at $0.15/share (when the price was below 10c). They had access to all the intricate numbers too. This tells you they believed they'd make MORE money owning shares (at a cost of 15c) than getting their loan & remaining interest money back immediately.

Remember, their primary objective now is to grow revenue to:
* Lower costs (ie. quantity discounts on purchases).
* Get better loan terms in the future.
* Eligible to sell to larger distributors.
* Increase brand recognition - the more that people see the product, the more likely they will buy the product). That's FREE advertising - no added expense!

At this point, it's very important to establish themselves in such a young industry - that's what Amazon & E-bay did! (Anyone remember all the hundreds of online, "books-for-sale" websites? Or even the hundreds of sites that sold online?? I sold items on at least 6 of those sites in college.) Exactly!!!
