Yes it is the shorters I was just told on Yahoo Evti is Being shorted everyday. That's why the pps is so low. Was also notified by a #intheknow that dilution is ending soon. He predicted within a few days then got so confident about it that it was changed to 72 hrs and dilution will end.

Lmfaooooooo. Omg I had a hard time just typing that with a straight face.
