You are incorrect! BHGI bagan trading over 4 months ago, 120 days, not just 60 days. Peaked at $1.14 and promptly plummeted to .20 after issuing more than 24 million shares @.0025 by converting the TOXIC CONVERTIBLE NOTE.

BY THE WAY, ITS THE 3Q financials, not the 4Q financials, that disclosed ANOTHER 7,000,000 shares issued @ .0025 and another 550,000 shares for Stock Promotion.
