The Quilliams shares have been halted and cannot be presented to the transfer agent for tradability. The next step is to permanently cancel those certificates and have them return to the stock treasury of the Company.

We are proceeding with the permanent cancellation as soon as GHDC has the final numbers from the stock auditing firm who has been hired to handle this issue.

We never received anything from PQ, but because of information received from all the vendors, banks, service provider, etc… Marty Wolfe, the Company's CFO who is a CPA was able to piece together all of the Company's transactions for Qtr 4 -2014 and first Qtr of 2015. The remaining Qtrs of 2015 are under our control, and we have a very organized accounting system.

John Schadato CPA is the Company's new auditing team, who I brought in to assist us. He is working diligently with the Company. We feel that we could have everything current with the SEC within the next 6 weeks (end of Dec.) or sooner.
