If I may... let me get my crystal ball here... I see EPGL reading over contracts... COO reading and consulting going on too....there are pens scrathing... can't make out if it's signatures or...notes...looks...ahhh crap batteries went dead again...
I go did the magic 8 ball and get back with you.

When all are in final agreement and everyone is happy with the deal. Then the lawyers have to rewrite the bible to make it binding and legit.
That is my guesstimate.
The Chihuahua's yapping will not change anything to settle for a bad deal.
