You're absolutely correct, whether people agree or disagree is not important, what is important is when they post malicious comments about this stock and the management team which will force people away from investing and this stock will need new investors when the price goes up because many will rightly sell to take their profit.

If I was in DF or HHs position I would wait to release information until I had sufficient material to kick start the SP upwards, it makes absolute sense as other PR s have had little impact on the SP.

IF we're nearing the turning point for this stock, we may well see a number of releases co-ordinated together in quick succession. I respect your point about how you perceive DF was behaving when you spoke to him, perhaps he has a lot on his mind at the moment...
