Another thing too, base on my understanding (of course I could be wrong!) the shareholder rights was written to protect shareholders in any hostile take over. Meaning they design that so any company that want to take over ENIP will go thru the right process which means buying the company as a whole in a certain price so shareholders will benefit as well! This is to avoid other companies buying lots of share (over CEO's and owner's) and turning ENIP to them.

Here's my question, why did they implement this asap??!! Is their a company who's trying to buy ENIP???$.
