MY...Expecting strong earnings report next Tuesday with a going private offer of $2.51 per share on the table. Current share price = $2.09. That's 20% (or maybe more if offer is raised) easy gain from here IMO. The hiring of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett by CEO tells me this is a serious offer. Just hoping we get more.
BTW, KANG just hired Simpson Thacher & Bartlett along w/ JP Morgan on a going private offer.
Also, MO (Mindray) just announced a definitive merger agreement for going private...
