No institutional lender (NASDAQ quality) would give them the time of day at .20. Thats flippers land, and very toxic. Whether they did the split then, or at .20, it would all end up the same if their plan was to continue on the OTC. I am sure it was done when it was done, for a good reason. They needed to take the float out of the market. Thats obvious, why, we will find out soon I hope.
