I will be honest, Dodd called me 2 days ago regarding my vote. I was candid with him: I voted no because of the direction and the seemingly wasteful expenditures. These cashless warrants, the 2.9 millions they paid the same people to get fix conversion. They are milking us share holders and ripping all the profit(warrant holders)
He told me they were mislead by their advisers who told them the pps would not get below $0.45. Which I could not believe. I told him that I wanted to see them tie their pay to pps performance. We shareholders cant keep carrying the burden without seeing full support from management. Why don't they buy shares on the open market to boost our confidence?
Regardless, I believe I am sticking to my "no" vote. Let the pps organically grow by the merit. Does it benefit shorts? If so, so be it. I cant give to these people carte blanche again again.
