KBLB ownership is implied being that University of Notre Dame and University of Wyoming people are listed as owners. They received funds from KBLB for the R&D. I don't see any other parties having agreements. My understanding is that the use of silkworms is licensed to KBLB exclusively. So it doesn't take a lawyer to reach a conclusion that this work is for KBLB exclusively. Any agreements with other parties for the use of silkworms and work in which these patents cover, would have to be agreed upon by all owners listed....barring an agreement stating otherwise.

I hope this CC is about VN being on board, rather than an explanation of why we are still waiting. Given the announcement of a CC, I think the deal has to of been done. IOW's, all needed signatures inside VN are in hand. I do think this communicates Kim got it done. That would include relevant importing and exporting agreements from all countries. This should be the kick off for more news to come....given Kim's history.
