What about using brand names as being advertisers ---Toys R Us, gamestop, Lego. Just to name a few. He probably talked to them, but they were never in contracts, so they weren't on board for this. I talk to a lot of people in business situations. That doesn't mean they would be an endorsement of me. Nobody would have bought into this had Benny said, " I have talked to all the brand names gaming people, toy people etc, so I think I can make GSL and make money."
