I agree, EIA is clueless about predicting future oil prices. Great commentary:

That is why NESV is a diamond in the rough! If they can execute on their acquisition strategy, which I think they can, the Company will skyrocket when the oil bounce occurs.

Not if but when. Worth holding onto in any event!
