It does seem funny that they sold a highly profitable asset in the NORM disposal business and purchased disposal wells from themselves and affiliates in Arkansas. Why is it funny? Because the Arkansas wells were in a gas producing area and collapsing gas prices meant that drilling collapsed.

The Fairness Opinion was never disclosed to shareholders even though it was requested. There is little information provided for shareholders other than late financials filed from time to time.

Management expressed the intention to make the company full filing in the proxy for the shareholders meeting. That didn't happen.
