why do you think we are trading at these levels, if that news does come out we would be in pennyland

the risk here is buying these "cheap" shares in hopes of the news to come out and bank hard while everyone chases to get on board this legit company.

the EPA award does it for me I'm sorry, the EPA is not a scam and neither is HCTI
