However, the other side of the flipper is wants the PPS to go 3-5 cents lower so that when the work hard to get the PPS back up to the mid-.30-.35 they can make another killing. Someone posted here it is best to be a millionaire before ELTP hits $1.-$2.00; why take a chance that it won't go that high?
