exactly right
Hosting analysts to a tour the week before earnings and then letting them make assumptions and publish them that were obviously so far off the truth is unexplainable.
Company did meet its goals (well almost) and is on track for the year

could have explained the miss by a penny on earnings on the extra cost of the Hypulsion buyout and running Europe by themselves.
