Same here, however I have lost some confidence in management. No updates has been given since their facebook post on October 21 stating "We are very excited to soon be bringing new flavors to market, and exciting distribution news!" Then there is the lawsuit which was said to have been settled. Next a PRE 14C is submitted with no PR or communication to shareholders. I also did not get a response after leaving a voice message for Joe the IR guy. Let's just say they are too silent for comfort.
