I must admit, this has me totally spooked. The sell-off in advance of Q3 is hard to ignore. Lots of things could come out of this:

- problems with the merger. As noted earlier, where is the proxy?
- problems with the Fortress loan. We have no vision as to how they will meet the minimum default revenue numbers yet - or what happens if they don't
- lack of Q4 deals to keep revenue flowing

The company now has no ability to raise $ on reasonable terms and no near-term catalysts to raise funds from its business model. Flyers had discussed on Twitter a report that was to be out by now - have been waiting to hear his thoughts. But this price action suggests that investors don't see a reason to be in this stock right now. Too much volume to be just market makers.
