Too many grammatical analysis here: trying to understand the meta-message behing a word in a tweet.
We should not take everything as guaranteed. This is like someone telling you that team A will win the game... a "fact" for him but the meaning is that he strongly BELIEVE team A will win... But nothing is 100% sure...
So my guess following last tweets, is that a deal is very close and I am betting it will close AND I am betting it will close before end year
BUT... it could go the other way: deal in 2016... OR worst... no deal.....
and I have to deal with this
So there is never FACTS before they happen... only strong confidence, great probability, big chance....
