Again, no it doesn't. DTC has not caught up with the stock exchanges in individual accounts. Thats ALL this is. The prices before the split were manipulatively low and artificial. Once stock starts being released into the market - all 160,000 shares, I'm expecting this to climb. Don't expect much of a float to exist 2 weeks after its released. IMHO that is.
