Our View: The Company has provided information on several new products this year but information and updates have been thin. The Cheech and Chong brand should bring awareness to the Chillaxation beverage, particularly with consumers of a certain age. The company’s current sales figures don’t reflect sales from the Cheech and Chong product.

A review of the company financial statements shows quarterly revenue of over $600,000 and a profit over $200,000. The company’s market cap is just slightly higher than its quarterly profit. BBDA just went through a series of conversion calls and more stock has been issued as indicated in the recently filed 8-K.

The company shares are trading at $.0001per share and they are a profitable company. That combination may be a formula for good investment.
