Keenly we always appreciate the information thanks! I have a few questions I am not sure if you can answer but any info would be appreciated.

1. do you anticipate a reverse split, if so how soon after we start trading
2. when do you anticipate the last filing before the 211 to be filed?
3. what is your greatest guess do you expect the share price to hit when opening?
