david could you find out from the Attornies as what's left since you have talked to them in the past, it may be a good idea to find out what's left with this change of the event on shell game and how long this thing is going to take, it's easy to say oh sorry it's with SEC and we have no control....

we really need a clear answer in this case, so far it's been foggy and we have no visibility on what's going on whether this is going to take 2 weeks or 2 months or 2 years and if Chef's PR strategy is linked to this event as we had discussed in the past we are like in no mand land, no horizon in any direction..endless search and no one to talk to..

obviously pissed off on today's sell off, hopefuly we get some buys next week, however if weeks go by like this we are doomed, MM will walk this down every week like we saw today, their goal was achived today. I fought hard last few weeks, but today no one bought big blocks, 10-20K won't be good enough to push MM into the corner..
