Thanks TamTam The SEC inquiry appears to be running parallel to the DOJ inquiry. My guess is that it's going to be FCPA Re: Sao Tome-ERHC contracts and originating with the Sao Tome AG report.

Sao Tome officials may have added to the report encouraged by United States "friends" or operatives.

I feel it is going to be a rehash of the same old, same old about Sao Tome and their delightful ERHC contracts, which Sao Tome has come to love and appreciate ever more. IMHO

If Sao Tome isn't careful they are going to lose out on people from this board investing in a Beach Front Bar there.
