As soon as they get their air carrier certification they are hiring 30 EXPERIENCED crew and 50 EXPERIENCED MANAGERIAL STAFF. Read their 10Q's under management's discussion and analysis, it's where the good information comes from.

And let's not forget that Baltia states that the FAA is responsible for their operations...something to that effect. Read the 10Q's, the SEC regulations make that information from company's management a requirement for the benefit of all investors.

Also, Baltia has successfully completed more than 90% of requirements and its been around for at least a decade, and now, I would consider them experienced anyways.
