Correct Monroe and the families can blame the FAA for this known industry wide situation. At least we know, as the FAA, that all of our friggin slides work.

Now if Baltia gets smoke hoods that are on some aircrafts for the flight crew, Baltia will be the role model for safe flying for passengers.
