One of the many problems with GEOTRAQ is the fact that there is already multiple companies supplying GSM modules to the market. They didn't invent this technology. Gregg's plan is to simply purchase GSM modules from other companies and attempt to re-brand them as GEOTRAQ modules. Some people claim GEOTRAQ is trying to be the Intel of Cell ID. The only problem is so is everyone else and they have years of a head start. Like TUMI teaming up with AT&T and Lugtrack. I find it highly unlikely that a one man band such as GEOTRAQ even has the slightest chance to compete with these fortune 500 companies. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that. IMO GETRAQ has already accomplished their goal...Buy a shell company for cheap and sell the worthless shares to uneducated investors.

There is nothing proprietary about GEOTRAQ modules. I could simply pickout and buy a GSM module from one of the many companies listed below and try to market the module as THE BIG PICTURE tracking device if I so choose. GEOTRAQ doesn't have any part of the market cornered or a device they can PATENT. See list below:
