It basically says in this the main reason for the reverse split is to dilute the hell out of everyone.

Nasdaq is a joke lol and has nothing to do with the reverse split in all truthfulness jim adds that in as the carrot to dangle in front of investors mouths.

No reverse split until nasdaq? ? Get outta here thats too funny.
