My question is - this is the best deal that they could have done ? And then 7% commission on top of that (freakin 700k profit) on a 10 milly raise. Christ, Bertner is stealing money with her sage counsel here.

The ONLY thing that makes sense is they have a backstop (ie: deal in place) because they DO NOT care. Sad part is, they would fetch more IMO IF THEY DID CARE.

This eventual acquisition has class action lawsuits written all over it just because of their mindset. Constantly pi$$ing off shareholders WILL come back and bite them. No doubt

* I have not been popular but have I been wrong ? IF they don't start getting some warrants exercised this ordeal happens yet AGAIN as they have stated they will need another 30 million late in 2016.
