The Reuters report wasn't good; IT WAS DEVASTATING!

It's excellent to know that Reuters Is doing analysis reporting on CAPC.....Nothing but good can come out of that kind of publicity.

The report is deplorable! The Acid Test shows a company on the brink of bankruptcy. The data in this report by a trusted agency is based on empirical data and not subject to "spin".
