BTW no one is buying 200 shares every day at the closing.

Why many days he buys 400 shares and I have even seen a very few days when he purchased (whew) 500 shares. And during the past quarter he did miss a few, a very few, days.

I do find it strange however that anyone who believes in charting thinly traded penny stocks would not be highly concerned about a repetitive, illegal action that skews the very fundamental underlying data upon which charting is based thus rendering the charts essentially worthless and certainly. anything but beautiful.
