Fonu2 has reported everything but Jake's bankruptcy. If they try to RS they will have an enormous amount of shareholders (FONU and MDNT) going to regulators complaining about snake oil imo.

Jake failed to disclose a bankruptcy.

As you know Jake tried for a 1:1000 reverse split when Moon River Studios was known as Medient Studios and traded under MDNT. MDNT had the same shareholder destroying convertible debt as FONU. The SEC halted MDNT. Jake's 1:1000 never happened.
