Seems like toxic debt is commonplace in the OTC. Question is, is management using it to line their own pockets or is it being used to move to company forward. Reality is none of these companies would use this type of financing is they could secure conventional financing. I am in another co where they are using the same toxic financing but its very clear they are using it to move the company forward and they also file 8k's for literally everything they do. More so than any company I have seen so far.
