I'm guessing that there will NOT be any significant news released to encourage voting for the RS because they already have the vote locked up.

I don't expect to see the sp rise until after tax loss selling at the end of the year. That being said, if I were going to sell for a tax loss, I'd sell NOW and then buy back while others are selling before the end of the year. It's always better to sell early and sit out the 30 days while the price is stagnant, especially if you plan on buying back...
