I'm sorry, but I believe this is case-in-point per what I was referring to as half-myth to Lasers. True, NH did say "nothing could stop us" but he did not add, to the best of my recollection at any time "including the FDA." That was "added" later in the form of long-standing mis-information that has been persistent.

If you have an actual link to the exact comment, I'll stand corrected. I believe there is a transcript, and the focus of discussion before. Nasrat did not state anything to the extent that the FDA "couldn't stop them." Certainly he has said he expects the ADT's to be accepted, but he has not been antagonistic when dealing with the FDA; just the opposite.
