REPOSTED FROM RB: Frank - very simply, here's why I'm upset:

You told many investors the $85M in revenues was real - when we were doubting the PRs.

You promoted the stocks in many, many ways via telephone and email. You even helped me decide which blue chips I should sell so I could get in on VPBH (now CCDX).

Now we find out you were moving discounted shares the whole time. Shares you bought privately from your "buddy" Paul Taylor.

That's terribly wrong Frank. You cost people I know hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses with your insider pumping.

That's a real big problem, and it's not going to go away.
