I can confirm them working under the wing yesterday. Saw the ladder and boom lift as show in picture under the right wing yesterday around noon . The flaps on the wings have been in the down position for almost a week now. Maintenance still being done on the plane shows that Baltia is still making progress and still expecting certification soon !
