I'm reading a lot of reports on various other forums of an agreement finally being accepted between Greece/creditors, and release up roughly 12 billion in aid (2 billion for the banks). Has anyone heard about this from any credible sources??

This is the next step that needs to happen, as political instability and disagreement dislodges this entire process, and will directly retard any bank recap/reverse split/dilution/sell of Finnsbank actions.
