I am far from a chart expert as we have one on here already but I can tell you if you are comparing past performance based on charts then it is not good news. Last time it was building before it made a run they were releasing news weekly April-May-June-July and PPS was falling. With lack of news and weak financials if history repeats per the charts we are going to see 6's or less on this path.


"Flat and building"? Where and when..what? Last 3 months the PPS has been falling consistently...Where and when is this flat and building?


BRWC has been awesome. Thanks for asking. Was able to pick up quite a few shares this week at a pretty good discount. Might want to so the same.
